Digital interactive platforms can be valuable in supporting your child's language development, helping to reinforce previously learned concepts and build upon them.

PBS Kids is a free online resource that offers educational content (TV, Games) for children in grades Pre-K to 4, focusing cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development. Subjects included are science, technology, engineering, and math.

Pinkcatgames is a free web-based platform you can use with your child to supplement their learning. Their games consist of varied educational concepts for kids of all ages to engage and motivate them in improving their skills. Some additional features allow you to create your own question sets to support your child's individual needs (additional subscription may be necessary).  

ABCya offers free online games for Pre-K to 6th grade students on topics like math, language arts, and typing. The activities and games are created by parents and educators to make learning fun and engaging. 

FunBrain features games focusing on reading, math, and general fun to help children in grades Pre-K to 8 in their learning process. They also offer interactive presentations, comic books, and activities involving writing skills. One caveat to this platform is the inclusion of ads. 

BrainPop provides engaging learning experiences for children in grades K-8. Although this platform is not free, there are options for a free trial you can explore to decide whether it can be used as an educational tool for your child. BrainPop features content for home school support and extended classroom learning, including expanding vocabulary, comprehension, science, reading, and much more.

With Arcademics, a paid membership is required, which you can sample with a free trial. They feature supplemental learning to students in grades 1-8. Varied subjects are included, such as language arts, math, geography, and much more. The games this platform features are of trivial nature, which can enhance already learned concepts or introduce new ones. 

If you want to help your child reinforce learned material, this site is worth exploring. 

IXL Learning is a web-based learning program that is personalized to help students in grades K-12 learn math, language arts, science, social studies, and Spanish. IXL features activities with learning styles that are tailored to each child's needs. This program is also designed to enhance children's overall educational experience and improve their performance in school. This platform also offers immersive learning, which allows you to monitor your child's progress and make modifications based on built-in analytics. 

While a membership is offered, there are many free options to navigate and use this site.

ABCmouse is an online learning program designed for children ages 2-8 to help gain foundational language skills. Membership is required for use of all featured activities, which you can sample with a free 30 day trial. This program helps develop foundational skills through games, videos, puzzles, and books. They feature over 11,000 activities focusing on reading, math, science, health, social studies, music and art. ABCmouse also offers sequenced learning based on your child's functional level.
